The Corniche is an exclusive Foster & Partners riverside development located on the southern section of the Albert Embankment in London.
From the curved glass façades that allow an abundance of natural light into the properties, are panoramic views across the River Thames to the Houses of Parliament, the London Eye andwith the City of London beyond. As a further commission in collaboration with Katherine Pooley Luxury Interiors, this 2,000 sq ft three bedroom apartment situated on the 17th floor, was to be refurbished throughout. The programme of works was undertaken over a period of eight weeks to include electrical adaptions, the installation of bespoke joinery and the replacement of the existing timber flooring with new. Bathrooms were fitted out with stone from Italy, sourced to match existing stone that occurs within the property. The powder room was partially stripped and porcelain tiles applied to the walls. The interior was fully decorated and new fixtures, fittings and original artwork installed, to provide a rejuvenated, luxurious and personal interior for the client.
