We’re delighted to be working on a new project along Kenrick Place for an exciting client. Set within a three-storey townhouse divided into two, the works involve a full strip-out and transformation of the property into a revamped office space. The project includes complex structural reconfiguration, new steel beams, a new stairwell, heavy acoustic walls, ceilings and floors, as well as a new access deck and external balustrade.
