Senior Surveyor
We are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Surveyor to join our London & Home Counties team!
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong commercial and contractural management experience.
Applicants for this Senior Surveyor vacancy should be able to demonstrate:
A track record at Senior QS level, with the ability to run projects on your own initiative
Seven to ten years or more in quantity surveying, preferably gained with a main contractor
Solid experience in the prime residential market; a background in structural works would be a real advantage
Detailed, hands-on knowledge of JCT contracts and how to apply them in practice
Sharp commercial judgement, backed by strong negotiation and analytical ability
The self-assurance to lead, influence and challenge colleagues, clients and supply chain partners at every level
A degree, or equivalent qualification, in Quantity Surveying or a closely related field
