This project is prime located in one of the busiest shopping streets in London, on the east side of New Bond Street at the junction with Conduit Street. The site is 760m² consisting of a retail unit distributed across two levels of retail space and a first floor office space within a seven-storey prominent corner building. The project works consisted of the refurbishment of the existing three stories of the building to include: new shopfront façades, new windows and works to the existing façade, a reinforcement of the first floor slab to meet retail loads, new internal circulation core (stair and customer lift), new internal walls / partitions and ceilings, and a bold internal fit-out and contemporary finishes to the retail sales store.
