Balenciaga’s London flagship store occupies a prime corner location at New Bond Street and Conduit Street, delivering a bold 760m² retail environment arranged across two levels, with first-floor offices above. The refurbishment included new façades and windows, structural reinforcement, new stair and customer lift, all delivered within one of London’s busiest luxury shopping destinations. A striking internal fit-out brings the space to life through raw, deconstructed architecture, combining industrial concrete finishes, exposed services and artificial ageing to create a contemporary flagship retail experience.
