Formerly one of the grandest Victorian warehouses in London, this Grade II listed building has been transformed into a high-specification contemporary office environment within the City of Westminster, now home to numerous media and creative industries.

The mix of bespoke environments over several floors include large offices, meeting rooms, work hubs, a gallery space, podcast / recording room and an outdoor terrace.

Care and attention to detail has been given to the sensitive restoration and refurbishment of various elements to the property. Missing components have been faithfully reproduced to ensure they match original detailing and blend aesthetically into the fabric of the building. A key listed feature to be maintained and restored was the prominent and detailed timber staircase and iron features within the existing structure.

The material palette makes much use of Dinesen wide floor boarding and specialist curved and fluted glazing set within bronzed glazing assemblies. Curves also feature in the slimline glass fibre-reinforced concrete wall formations and elements of joinery. The furniture is bespoke and was commissioned via Westgreen, including boardroom, meeting and reception tables.

High performance acoustic materials have been incorporated within wall and ceiling panelling, to address the clients specific requirements for both privacy and acoustic dampening.

The integration of modern services into the property includes sophisticated AV and communications systems, incorporated to facilitate video conferencing.
