In 2015, Houghton Hall, Norfolk hosted an ambitious and important exhibition of James Turrell’s light pieces, many collected by the Marquess of Cholmondeley, owner of Houghton, who has long been an admirer of his work.

As having specific expertise in delivering his work in multiple international locations, Westgreen were were duly commissioned to assisted with the delivery of the façade illumination and design detailing and fabrication of elements of two of the installations, ‘Tortoise Beats Hare’, Magnatron Series and ‘Raemar Magenta’, Shallow Space.

Westgreen also advised on other pieces for the exhibition.

Westgreen were recommended to us by the James Turrell’s Studio… we found them efficient, helpful and a pleasure to work with.
