The project consists of the strip-out and refurbishment of a substantial Queen Anne style residence within the Cadogan Estate. Works included the consolidation of three flats into a single elegant property, including the formation of a basement extension with walk-on glass roof to the patio at ground floor level.
The main emphasis on the project was combining the restoration works (façade, windows, fibrous plaster and stonework), with a complete refurbishment to the interior. The property also benefits from the integration of a full suite of modern amenities, including a sophisticated building management control system.
