The Kneller Hall site comprises of a number of listed and non-listed buildings, with the intention to open a state-of-the-art independent school, providing facilities such as a sport centre with swimming pool and county level sports pitches which will also be used by the surrounding community. The works consist of the refurbishment and conversion of the existing accommodation blocks, kitchen, dining hall and refurbishment of the listed buildings. We are currently working on the listed buildings, comprising of the internal and external alternations to Grade II listed Kneller Hall and the curtilage listed buildings to facilitate the daily school use. This is inclusive of the demolition and rebuilding of an existing single storey extension to the west wing of Kneller Hall, works to convert an existing building into a new state of the art performance auditorium, including associated lighting and sound installations and the conversion of the previous guards house to a new music teaching and practice facility with associated acoustic treatments.
