This scheme concerned the restoration, conservation and modernisation of a grand residence at a prominent location adjacent to Holland Park.

Externally the building was restored to the delight of the conservation officer. Internally the project saw a glamorous refurbishment throughout and the addition of a swimming pool and home cinema.
