This project involved the demolition of an existing property to make way for a contemporary new-build home.

Characterised by generous volumes, planes of stone and glass, and balconied to the front and rear, the 750m2 property comprises of six bedrooms, a galleried reception, music room and double basement with 20m swimming pool and spa.

Construction is of a steel frame with pre-cast concrete floors. A planted roof and other green technologies are incorporated into the design.
