Richard joined Westgreen in 2007 and has had a long professional association with the company’s MD and wider team preceding this.
Richard’s skills are multi-faceted; he is able to accomplish both production and commercial objectives in a collaborative manner. Under his leadership, Westgreen has flourished, with Richard overseeing a varied portfolio, an increasingly well established and strong company financial results.
Richard’s ideals embrace collaborative working environments and he is very much focussed on meeting client expectations.
Chris GraceCommercial Director
With over 20 years’ construction expertise, Chris demonstrates extensive experience in leading effective commercial teams.
Chris is responsible for managing a broad portfolio of Westgreen’s projects. Chris is skilled in all forms contract and procurement. He has a strong appreciation of the exacting standards, advanced planning and focused management that our exclusive work streams demand. With a wealth of knowledge in construction costs, Chris is an active and effective contributor in value engineering solutions.
Chris manages a solutions-focused team, ensuring open procurement methods and accurate cost reporting, whilst ensuring that his team forges strong mutual relationships with our valued supply-chain.
David RodgersConstruction Director
A construction professional with 35 years’ experience, David is highly experienced in realising high end residential, restaurant, retail, hotel and commercial office restoration projects from inception to completion.
David possesses the soft skills to collaborate successfully with clients, professional teams and construction staff to build and maintain relationships.
Peter SawaBusiness Development Director
Peter joined Westgreen in 2019. Peter previously worked with David Rodgers at Holloway White Allom and Bouygues UK (Private Clients) where they enjoyed success in the delivery of many super-prime projects.
With over 20 years’ experience, Peter is extensively connected in the prime residential sector and works to secure our opportunities within this and our other established sectors.
Tim JeevesDirector of Health & Safety
Tim joined Westgreen in 2016 as a chartered health & safety professional with an excellent track record of introducing improvement and raising awareness.
Having worked in both the private and public sector, including the client side and as a principle contractor, he possesses a broad base experience across a range of industries, priding in construction.
Tim is an excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with employees at all levels of an organisation.
