The River Café – Pastry Kitchen – making of

September 2016

Fit out of the redundant space across the Thames Wharf Courtyard to make way for a designated Pastry Kitchen for The River Café and their clientele. Another project done for The River Café, a work (and friendship) relationship that started with the major refurbishment of the restaurant in 2008. Programme was 6 weeks and the scope was made up of new joinery units for storage, a mix of Corian and Stainless steel worktops to cater for demand in use, new walls, floor, doors and catering equip-ment installed against a burn orange splash back to add some River Café flare to a small space.
