On the edge of the square mile this building was a former mission hall that was being used by the RIBA for archive storage. Westgreen were employed by the Keith Prowse Group to deliver a turnkey project for their new headquarters.

A new raised roof was constructed and two new floor levels inserted into the building with associated basement strengthening and underpinning. The offices were then fitted out, including the provision of air conditioning and data system, ready for occupation.
