Westgreen have been appointed to develop a prestigious new gallery for Blain|Southern in Hanover Square. The gallery will occupy two floors of a new, mixed-use building. Designed by Caruso St John, the fit-out will comprise structural works to accommodate a new open plan staircase, new large façade windows and doors and high performance service installations.
Scheduled for completion in 2012, the gallery will display both traditional and contemporary multi-media art in over 12,400 sq ft of exhibition space.
